Where are you located?
We are based out of the pacific northwest United States in the Greater Seattle Area.
Why do you not have free shipping for all items?
We ship small parts and large cases. These have drastically different shipping costs at drastically varying rates based on where you send it to/from. We are working bulk orders to allow free shipping automatically.
Do you ship to Canada or Mexico? Any other countries besides the US?
Sorry, at this time, we only ship to the United States. In 2021, we attempted to begin shipping internationally but we ran into significant hurdles with the everchanging COVID situation. Although we do not offer it on the site, reach out to our customer service team here if you need something shipped internationally.
I received a defective item. What do I do?
Reach out to our customer service team directly here. We offer immediate exchanges for items returned within the 30day window. Any item outside the window may be subject to restocking fees. Check out our warranty information here
Please reach out to our team preferably by email. We will get back to you with a solution. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Due to increased requirements during the holiday season, please allow us a few extra days to get back to you in the late November - December calendar seasons.
What is your return policy?
Reach out to our top-tier customer service team. Most items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% for returns. Due to ongoing litigation, we do not offer paid shipping on return items. Check out our warranty information here

We only keep information in regards to marketing related sources. For specific information regarding information usage, please check out our privacy policy
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday - Friday during 9am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time (UTC - 8:00). If you email us, please give us 2-3 business days for a response.
No one answered my call when I called during business hours. What should I do?
Email us! We are open and respond to emails - even on weekends.
Military or first responder discount?
We offer a 10% for both first responders and military. However due to issues, we have removed third-party verification software from our website. Now we only offer it manually - email us with a photo of your CAC/ID and we will send you the discount code!
