Warranty | P6 GEAR

In the event that a product is defective, please contact the P6 GEAR reseller you have purchased the item from (if other than direct sales). P6 GEAR does not honor warranties from non-approved third party sellers. If you have any doubts to the legitimacy of the third party seller, please contact us for clarification. 

All P6 GEAR products being returned for warranty, must include a copy of the invoice for the original sale. Warranty approvals will not be granted if an original invoice or copy of an invoice is not provided.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, P6 GEAR will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, we may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit. 

This warranty excludes problems caused by normal wear and tear including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, accidents, or unlawful vehicle operation.

P6 GEAR does not honor warranties for defects resulting from conditions beyond our control to include but not limited to: modification, repairs, misuse, overloading or failure to assemble, install, or use product in accordance with written instructions. 

P6 GEAR plastic and metal hard cases (1 year, 2 year limited). 

P6 GEAR will warranty all P6 GEAR cases, both plastic and hard case the first year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. 2nd year limited warranty will be on structure only - this limited warranty the second year does not include generally moving pieces such as handles or latches. All warranties terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

P6 GEAR bags and dividers (1 year). 

P6 GEAR will warranty all other P6 GEAR branded items, not limited to but including, soft bags, divider sets, case inserts, or other P6 GEAR branded items for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
